Description
Permabond ES550 is a premium single-part heat cure epoxy adhesive developed for demanding industrial applications requiring exceptional strength, durability and high-temperature performance.
Unlike conventional two-part epoxies, ES550 is supplied ready to use with no weighing or mixing required, making application faster, cleaner and more consistent. Its toughened, non-sagging formulation remains in place during curing, making it particularly suitable for bonding vertical surfaces and precision assemblies.
Designed for structural bonding of metals, ceramics, ferrites, composites and synthetic or natural diamonds, ES550 provides outstanding peel strength, impact resistance and vibration resistance in challenging industrial environments. It is widely used for manufacturing and repairing diamond cutting tools, abrasive tooling and high-performance engineering components.
