Description
Permabond 737 20gm is a black, toughened cyanoacrylate adhesive developed for applications where greater flexibility, peel strength and impact resistance are required than conventional instant adhesives can provide. It cures rapidly at room temperature to form a durable bond on a wide range of materials including metals, plastics and rubber.
Unlike standard brittle super glues, Permabond 737 has been specially formulated to absorb shock, vibration and differential movement between bonded components. Its black colour also makes it ideal for bonding dark substrates where a discreet bond line is preferred.
With excellent gap-filling capability of up to 0.5 mm, fast fixture times and a service temperature of -55°C to +120°C, Permabond 737 is well suited to demanding industrial and automotive applications.

For Difficult-to-Bond Plastics & Rubbers
Some low surface energy materials such as EPDM, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and silicone rubber can benefit from surface preparation.
For these substrates we recommend using Permabond POP Primer before applying Permabond 737. The primer significantly improves adhesion to many difficult-to-bond plastics and elastomers, making it the ideal companion product for challenging applications.
