ARBO® Membrane Adhesive
High-performance adhesive for bonding EPDM membranes to multiple substrates
ARBO® Membrane Adhesive is a professional-grade bonding solution designed for EPDM membranes. Supplied in convenient 600ml foil packs, it delivers excellent initial grab, high bond strength and long-term flexibility — perfect for both site and modular factory applications.
Adhesive estimated usage per EPDM roll:
- 100mm x 20mtrs: 7 foils
- 150mm x 20mtrs: 10 foils
- 200mm x 20mtrs: 14 foils
- 250mm x 20mtrs: 17 foils
- 300mm x 20mtrs: 20 foils

Note: For porous substrates, use ARBO® AFS Primer for optimal adhesion. Always carry out adhesion tests on untested surfaces.
Application Instructions
Surface Preparation

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contamination.

Degrease with the appropriate ARBO® Cleaner.

On porous substrates, consult ARBO® Technical Services for primer advice.
How to Apply

Cut open the 600ml foil pack and load into an ARBO® Foil Pack Gun.

Apply adhesive in 8mm beads, spaced approx. 25mm apart, to one substrate only.

Press the membrane firmly onto the adhesive using a roller or suitable tool.

Do not apply below +5°C or where relative humidity is below 40%.

Packaging & Storage
Supplied in 600ml foil packs. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep containers sealed when not in use.
