ARBO® AFS Primer
One-part, solvent-based primer for porous surfaces
ARBO® AFS Primer is a high-performance, air-drying primer based on a polyacrylate/silane blend. Designed to improve adhesion on a variety of substrates, it’s the ideal companion for ARBO® EPDM Membranes, ARBO® SAS, and ARBO® Membrane Adhesive.

Note: Always carry out a trial application on new or untested substrates. ARBO® Technical Services can advise if adhesion testing is required.

Prepares and seals porous surfaces prior to applying ARBO® adhesives or membranes.

Suitable for construction projects requiring strong bonding on concrete, timber, or boards.
Application Instructions

Ensure all joint surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contamination.

Degrease with an appropriate ARBO® cleaner.

Apply ARBO® AFS Primer evenly using a clean brush or roller.

Allow to dry for at least 1 hour (no more than 8 hours) before applying the adhesive.
